1. Using our store

You must be of legal age to enter a purchase contract, or act with the consent of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, delivery and billing details. Do not use this store for fraud, unlawful activity, scraping that disrupts service, or infringement of another person’s rights.

2. Products and prices

Prices are in USD. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed before payment. Images may differ slightly from screen to screen. Availability and specifications may change. Product names and manufacturer marks identify the goods; they do not imply that this independent store is operated by or affiliated with the manufacturer.

3. Orders and payment

Review your items, sizes, address and full total before placing an order. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order for a genuine pricing error, unavailable stock, failed payment or suspected fraud; we will notify you and refund any charge for an unfulfilled order. Card acceptance is limited to methods actually displayed by the payment provider at checkout. We never request card numbers or security codes by email.

4. Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. If we cannot ship within a stated time, we will offer the choice to accept a revised date or cancel for a refund of the unshipped goods.

5. Content and intellectual property

The store’s original design and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Manufacturer trademarks and product media remain the property of their respective owners. Do not reproduce store content beyond permitted personal use without the relevant owner’s consent.

7. Warranties and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable warranties, liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other rights protected by law.
