30-day return window

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original tags and included accessories. Trying an item on carefully is allowed. This policy does not limit rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or incorrect goods.

Start a return

Email your order number, item, size and reason to support@kendratrade.store. For damage or an incorrect item, include photographs if available. We will provide return instructions and confirm the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending a parcel; our mailing address is not automatically a staffed returns facility.

Return shipping and fees

For a change-of-mind or size-preference return, you pay tracked return shipping. For an item sent in error, damaged on arrival or defective, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable agreed return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Original delivery charges are refundable where required by law or where our fulfilment error caused the return.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will email the outcome and issue an eligible refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional processing time. If the return is declined, we will explain why and discuss return of the item. No store credit is imposed in place of a refund owed by law.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us for size exchanges, which depend on stock; otherwise return the eligible item and place a new order. Request cancellation promptly. If dispatch has already occurred, follow the return process. Unshipped orders cancelled because of a shipping delay receive a refund as required by applicable law.

Exceptions and missing parcels

Gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable except where law requires. Any item-specific final-sale or hygiene restriction must be clearly disclosed before purchase and never removes rights for defects. Report damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries promptly; we will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy. A short reporting request does not reduce statutory rights.
