Shipping Policy

Destinations and rates

Delivery is available only to destinations offered at checkout. Shipping charges and applicable taxes must be displayed before you submit payment. We do not promise free shipping unless it appears in your order summary. International delivery is not offered unless explicitly enabled at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Any product-specific dispatch estimate is shown before ordering. If no dispatch estimate is given, we will ship within 30 days of receiving the order or request your consent to a revised date. If you decline a delay, we will cancel and promptly refund unshipped items. Carrier delivery estimates are separate from processing time and may be affected by weather or service disruption.

Tracking and address changes

A dispatch email will include tracking when available. Check the delivery address carefully and email support@kendratrade.store immediately to request a change. We will confirm whether a change is still possible before dispatch.

Delivery problems

Contact us if tracking is delayed, a parcel is lost, or goods arrive damaged. We will investigate and arrange the remedy required by applicable law. Any customs charges for an enabled international shipment must be disclosed before payment; customers will not be presented with undisclosed store-imposed charges.
