We pack and ship every order with care. Here’s what to expect after you check out.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). During sales and the holiday season, processing may take up to 5 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

*Delivery times are estimates from the ship date and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, peak seasons or customs are outside our control.

Customs, duties & taxes

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Refused packages are refunded minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping or duties charged to us.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. If you spot a mistake, email support@kendratrade.store within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll update it if the order hasn’t shipped. We’re not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we’ll always help you work with the carrier.

Lost, stolen or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 business days, or it shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and, where the carrier confirms a loss, send a replacement or a full refund.

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS Standard shipping only.
