Returns & Exchanges
Not quite right? You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, free of odors or pet hair, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Final sale items — products marked “Final Sale,” gift cards, and items purchased at 50% off or more — can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to start a return
- Email support@kendratrade.store with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and whether you’d like a refund, exchange or store credit.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address. Returns sent without an RA number may be delayed or refused.
- Pack items securely, write the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship with a trackable service. Keep your receipt.
Return shipping costs
- Exchanges & store credit: we email you a prepaid return label at no cost (U.S. only).
- Refunds to original payment: a flat $6.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund if you use our label, or you may ship at your own cost.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: return shipping is always free — see below.
- Canadian customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange for a different pattern or style of equal value. If the new item costs more, we’ll send a payment link for the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference. Exchanges ship once your return is scanned by the carrier.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund including shipping.
Gifts
Received a gift? Email us with the order number or the gift-giver’s name, and we’ll issue store credit to you once the return arrives. The giver won’t be notified.
