We stand behind what we sell. Every bag and accessory is covered by a 1-year quality guarantee.

What’s covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from delivery, including broken zippers, failed stitching or seams, hardware that breaks (buckles, clips, snaps), and lining that peels or separates.

What’s not covered

• Normal wear and tear, such as fading, softening, scuffs, pilling or patina on waxed canvas.
• Damage from accidents, misuse, overloading, pets, fire, or improper washing or drying.
• Items altered or repaired by anyone other than us.
• Loss or theft.

How to make a claim

1. Email support@kendratrade.store with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the issue.
2. We’ll respond within 2 business days. Approved claims receive a free repair, replacement (same or similar item if a pattern is discontinued), or store credit.
3. We cover shipping for approved warranty claims within the U.S.

Care tips

Spot clean canvas with mild soap and cool water; pouches and tea towels can be machine washed cold on gentle and line dried. Do not machine wash waxed canvas — wipe with a damp cloth instead.
